"My neighbor used On Track Garage doors to replace her garage doors with these nice ‘barnwood’ type finish doors. Unfortunately, I went with a different company at the time. Subsequently I have had to submit a complaint to the ROC (Register of Contractors) on another garage door company for failure to deliver and complete the job of replacing my garage doors. My complaint was approved by a Judge and now as part of the recovery process I need to submit two similar quotes from licensed companies. I called On Track Garage Doors and Scott F. was kind enough to come to our home and work up a quote for me for inclusion in paperwork submittal to the ROC. He was very pleasant to speak with and understood our needs. Hopefully through efforts of the ROC, I will recover the money owed to me.
