ASTA 200, 300 and 600 — What Each Series Is For
ASTA 200 Series: Standard corrugated rolling steel for commercial openings with typical cycle counts. Think warehouse bays, loading dock doors, and light industrial use. Reliability and low maintenance come first.
ASTA 300 Series: Commercial sheet doors at a heavier specification. Good for higher-traffic openings. Also good where you need more structural strength than the 200 Series gives.
ASTA 600 Series: Insulated rolling steel with polyurethane foam construction. It is the right choice when the opening faces heavy heat load. It also fits when the space behind it is climate-controlled. At a west-facing loading dock, an insulated door versus a non-insulated one shows up in cooling cost.
