"3 years after the initial installation, the weatherstrip at the bottom of the door had started to come apart in places. Phone call; set an appointment 2 days later; on-time arrival and - in addition to installing a new weatherstrip - a thorough maintenance (Lube, tightening connections, tightening the spring, adjusting the automatic opener). Well worth the time - and at a reasonable price. Won't hesitate to use On Track again!"

"On Track Garage Door Service is the one to call! I had a broken spring. Technician arrived 3 hours after I called them!! Same day service! AJ was simply the BEST. On time, professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, and courteous. He even lubricated the second garage door which did not require a spring replacement."

"My neighbor used On Track Garage doors to replace her garage doors with these nice ‘barnwood’ type finish doors. Unfortunately, I went with a different company at the time. Subsequently I have had to submit a complaint to the ROC (Register of Contractors) on another garage door company for failure to deliver and complete the job of replacing my garage doors. My complaint was approved by a Judge and now as part of the recovery process I need to submit two similar quotes from licensed companies. I called On Track Garage Doors and Scott F. was kind enough to come to our home and work up a quote for me for inclusion in paperwork submittal to the ROC. He was very pleasant to speak with and understood our needs. Hopefully through efforts of the ROC, I will recover the money owed to me. At such time I plan to circle back the On Track Garage Doors for consideration in replacing my doors. I am writing this recommendation as a thank you and to advise my first impression of On Track Garage Doors is very good. JH"
